Job summary

WD Partners Inc. is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the development, management, and implementation of BIM standards and workflows across the organization.

You will oversee training, content development, and cross-functional process integration while acting as a client-facing representative for the Digital Technology team. The role requires advanced Revit/AutoCAD proficiency, experience with Navisworks or similar tools, and a track record in leading BIM initiatives and digital strategies for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and workflows.
• Experience leading BIM standards, training programs, and digital initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with Model Coordination, Navisworks, or similar coordination platforms.
• Experience participating in client-facing meetings or supporting project pursuits.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Dynamo, scripting) and emerging digital workflows.

In addition, this role will serve as a client-facing representative of WD's Digital Technology team, partnering with project teams and clients to align digital workflows, tools, and deliverables with project goals and expectations.Location

Preferred Experience:
