The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.**Responsibilities include:*** Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models, ensuring they are accurate and up to date throughout the project life cycle.* Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.* Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.* Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.* Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, and Dynamo scripts.* Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.* Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with agreed-upon BIM protocols.* Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics.* Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.* Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.**Requirements:*** Associate degree or higher education* 10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for engineering design.* Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.* Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and ACC platform.* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.* Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.* Demonstrated passion for mentoring junior staff and leading a team of specialists.**Preferred but not Required:*** Experience with OpenBuildings Designer Worksuite.* Professional Certification in BIM Management.* Knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices.* BIM management experience leading large-scale Water/Wastewater facility improvement projects.Compensation Range:$104,402.58 - $119,317.24**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
