• Ability to pass a Drug Test.
• Experience with Volumetric Modular Design is a BIG PLUS.
• Experience with Rhino and Scripting is a BIG PLUS.

Required work experience includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering related field is a MUST
• 3-5 years’ experience with developing BIM models using Revit and Dynamo is a MUST
• Experience with Parametric Modeling/Design, Family Creation, and AGA CAD is a MUST
• Experience with designing Building Envelopes is a MUST
• Ability to Interpret Architectural Designs and Shop Drawings, and propose Revisions to Clients is a MUST
• Ability to pass a Drug Test is a MUST
• Experience with Volumetric Modular Design is a BIG PLUS
• Experience with Rhino and Scripting is a BIG PLUS
