Job summary

Ci Design, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support project delivery by developing, coordinating, and implementing BIM standards across projects. You will work closely with Principals, Project Managers and design teams.

This full-time role requires strong Revit skills, a solid BIM process understanding, and the ability to communicate with internal teams. You will assist with model management, quality control, and interdisciplinary coordination to streamline workflows.

Description

Ci is seeking a motivated and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Dallas office full-time. This role works closely with Principals, Project Managers, and design teams to support the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM standards across a range of projects. The BIM Coordinator will assist with model management, quality control, and interdisciplinary coordination, while helping to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across project deliverables. This position requires strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM processes, along with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and adapt to project needs. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting project delivery and advancing our BIM capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• BIM360/ACC coordination, including clash detection, model sharing, and issue templates.
