PGH Wong is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead design teams on transportation and infrastructure projects, overseeing BIM execution and model quality across disciplines. You will develop BIM capabilities, recruit and organize a multidisciplinary team, produce 3D models, and ensure a lifecycle history for future asset management.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of BIM/design experience, preferably in transportation projects.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and oversee a team of designers and draftsmen.
• Advanced understanding of BIM and proficiency in Revit.
• Revit experience required; MicroStation InRoads or AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Experience with GIS and data management systems (Bentley ProjectWise, SharePoint, BIM360).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop BIM capabilities within the team and recruit.
• Produce and coordinate infrastructure 3D models covering transit architecture and civil design.
• Design pavement sections and construction details.
• Prepare drawings showing interfacing of systems and utilities.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and lifecycle history for assets.
• Lead and mentor junior BIM/CAD operators.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of BIM/CAD deliverables.
