Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Layout Technology Specialist to establish procedures for land surveying and MEP software, and to ensure accurate layout and control on site. You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, and project teams to bridge information flow and maintain layout integrity.

The role requires knowledge of robotic total stations, AutoCAD, and field training, with up to 100% travel. Rosendin offers ESOP, 401(k), generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with robotic total stations and related software.
• AutoCAD experience required; basic land surveying procedures knowledge.
• MEP layout experience and construction staking experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain field procedures for layout and control.
• Coordinate with CAD detailers, BIM, and field crews on layout info.
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to field crews.
• Develop step-by-step manuals and training material; test new tools.
• Assist with project workflows and on-site layout for complex tasks.
• Create reports on tests of new equipment/software and recommend adoption.
