Job summary

Motive Workforce, on behalf of a family-owned Nevada aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on Facilities Project Engineer to modernize facilities, lead capital improvements, and build a BIM-driven digital twin.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years BIM experience in facilities or manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital improvement projects.
• Ability to design and develop BIM systems using multiple facility models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models of facilities (MEP).
• Lead capital improvement projects and coordinate contractors.
• Integrate BIM with CMMS, BMS, and SCADA systems to support digital twin.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and design bases.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Perform site inspections and maintain as-built documentation.
