Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in 3D modelling and BIM.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D facility models (BIM).
• Perform clash detection to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Prepare project documentation including plans and budgets.
• Oversee activities of contractors to ensure project compliance.
