Job summary

Gallo Mechanical LLC is seeking a Revit Plumbing Detailer to create detailed 3D plumbing models and construction documents. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and team members to ensure accurate, code-compliant designs and efficient project delivery.

You will interpret P&IDs and technical specs, perform data gathering on site, and produce material take-offs while maintaining high accuracy and clear communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed 3D plumbing models.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination workflows.
• Understanding of piping design principles and system layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and models.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Problem-solving to address design issues in Revit.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and regulations.
• Field experience with site visits to verify conditions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of plumbing systems using Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to meet project requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and other technical specifications.
• Address and resolve design issues within the Revit environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify conditions for accurate modeling.
• Prepare material take-offs and bills of materials.
• Communicate design concepts and updates effectively.
