Job summary

AECOM Hunt in Dallas, TX is seeking a Digital Engineering Intern - BIM to join our Construction Management team. The internship will begin in Summer 2027 and offers hands-on exposure to drone work, 3D printing, 360 photos, laser scanning, and BIM coordination.

You will learn to create 4D animations with Synchro, build model content for pursuits, generate visuals and dashboards, and shadow MEP coordination meetings on mega-projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar and have completed at least 1 year of study.
• Recent graduates may apply if continuing with a master's degree.
• Interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same discipline at internship conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience with Drones, 3D-Printing, 360 Photos, Laser Scanning
• Learn to create 4D Animations using Synchro
• Create model content for business development pursuits to help win new work
• Create Visuals and Mine Project Data from multiple sources for Project Dashboards
• Shadow MEP Coordination Meetings on mega-projects across the country
• Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks
• Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff
• Meets required schedules while producing quality work
• Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study
