Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking a BIM Detailer I to create and modify 2D and 3D documents for electrical and specialty system construction from concept through installation. Proficiency with a PC and Microsoft 365 is required; knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, BIM 360 Glue, Google Suite and Excel is a plus.

Strong communication, reliability and problem-solving are essential. Travel is 5-10%.

Qualifications

• High school GED required; Architecture or BIM Technology preferred.
• 5 years field/technical experience combined, or 2-3 years software experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of NEC, BICSI, or NICET.

Responsibilities

• Comprehends, navigates, and utilizes design, construction, and submittal documentation.
• Understands National Electric Code and applies that understanding to modeling.
• Demonstrates knowledgeable layout of racks and different systems.
• Tracks changes by design team or others and understands the impact on project.
