Job summary

Arena Family of Companies in North Phoenix is hiring multiple Revit / BIM Designers to support a major semiconductor manufacturing project. You will develop BIM models, create construction drawings, and coordinate MEP systems using Revit and Navisworks.

This 100% on-site role seeks 2+ years of Revit experience; semiconductor background is a plus but not required. The package includes a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000, overtime paid at 1.5x, a weekly performance bonus, medical and vision

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Revit experience.
• Hands-on BIM modeling experience.
• Ability to create and modify Revit models independently.
• Experience reading and working with construction drawings.
• Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, piping, or MEP systems preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create construction drawings for complex facility systems.
• Model and coordinate piping, HVAC, mechanical, and MEP systems.
• Support 3D design and BIM coordination.
• Utilize Navisworks for model review and coordination.
• Update models based on design changes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Support the design and construction of a major semiconductor manufacturing facility.
• Participate in project coordination and help resolve design conflicts.
