Job summary

The Axel Group, LLC is seeking a BIM Designer in Chester County, PA to develop and coordinate Revit models for engineered support systems and prefabricated assemblies. The role focuses on detailed BIM designs, shop drawings, and collaboration with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate fabrication-ready documents.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on Revit experience, strong BIM modeling skills, and the ability to read architectural, structural, MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed Revit models for engineered systems and prefabricated assemblies.
• Develop BIM designs and construction drawings from plans and specs.
• Coordinate Revit models with project requirements and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and submittal packages.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, estimators, fabricators, contractors, and customers.
