Job summary

Phillips & Donovan Architects, LLC is seeking an experienced Revit drafter/designer to join our Bedminster, PA office. The role involves transforming conceptual designs into Revit models and construction documents for commercial projects, collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in commercial design and an architecture degree, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and Enscape; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of commercial design experience and an architecture education are necessary.
• Proficiency in Revit for commercial building design, including modeling, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Architecture and Enscape; Adobe Creative Suite is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Transform initial conceptual designs using CAD through Revit modeling and drafting schematic design models/drawings.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details; produce accurate Revit models and construction documents for commercial projects.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines; update models based on design changes and feedback.
• Interpret building codes and standards in drawings; prepare permitting documentation and support design development.
