Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM modeling/design experience in electrical contracting.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills; self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings with other trades.
• Create shop drawings, layout plans, and installation documentation.
• Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to ensure constructability and accuracy.
• Stay current on BIM best practices and construction technology trends.
