Job summary

Arena Family of Companies is hiring multiple Revit / BIM Designers for a 100% on-site role in North Phoenix. The team supports a major semiconductor manufacturing development and offers training for transitioning into semiconductor construction.

The role emphasizes detailed BIM modeling in Revit, coordination of piping, HVAC, and MEP systems, and collaboration with engineering and construction teams. 2+ years of Revit experience preferred.

Qualifications

$60,000 to $80,000 + Paid Overtime + Performance Bonus

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing engineering and construction organization supporting one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing developments in the United States to hire multiple Revit / BIM Designers in North Phoenix.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit professional looking to expand into the high-growth semiconductor industry. Previous semiconductor experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong Revit experience in mechanical, HVAC, piping, MEP, advanced manufacturing, data centers, cleanrooms, or other complex facilities are encouraged to apply.

The organization is significantly expanding its Phoenix design team and offers project-specific training for professionals transitioning into semiconductor construction.

What You'll Do

Previous semiconductor or fab experience is highly valued, but the company is open to strong Revit professionals from adjacent industries.

Project-specific semiconductor training will be provided.

• $60,000 to $80,000 base salary
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
