Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree plus 2-4 years of experience preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years preferred, or six years applicable experience.
• Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, coordinate, and publish BIM models per project schedules.
• Attend kickoffs to capture modeling requirements and exchange schedules.
• Create and configure project models including views, sheets, worksets, and level/grid verification.
• Maintain model health, verify links, manage file naming standards, and support issue resolution.
