The BIM Coordinator will partner with project teams to ensure continuity and consistency of project documentation, applying BIM standards, tools, and workflows to day-to-day delivery.

Hybrid work in Reno, NV offers exposure to multiple project types, with opportunities to mentor teams and advance digital design practices across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Revit experience.
• Experience with BIM standards and document management platforms.
• Familiarity with Dynamo or Grasshopper preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project documentation and ensure model health.
• Build and manage BIM content and firm libraries.
• Coordinate BIM tasks across projects with stakeholders.
• Assist in BIM execution planning and BEP development.
• Coordinate with Principals, Project Architects, and Project Leaders.
• Facilitate model coordination, clash detection, and QC.
• Share knowledge and mentor teams on new processes and tools.
• Contribute to digital practice training and resources.
• Maintain project templates and training resources.
• Oversee BIM standards and project data organization.
• Participate in R&D efforts on advanced technologies.
