Job summary

Bridgers & Paxton in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an entry level or experienced BIM Coordinator to provide BIM coordination for Revit and AutoCAD MEP projects across all offices and business units.

The role includes supporting content, processes, training and standards development and implementation, with emphasis on collaboration with internal and external teams. We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Design/Drafting or related A/E/C discipline is desired.
• Strong familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assist internal and external project team members are required.
• Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in BIM, Revit and AutoCAD with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BIM Manager and project teams regarding scope and model/drawing configuration.
• Create and maintain Revit MEP models and AutoCAD MEP drawing packages per company standards.
• Coordinate Revit and AutoCAD file exchanges with external team members.
• Update external Revit model and drawing backgrounds.
• Provide Revit and AutoCAD technical support for all team members.
• Support BIM development efforts as directed by BIM Manager.
