Job summary

Olsson in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a BIM Coordinator to join our team and support data center projects. You will maintain accurate Revit and CAD files, act as the site-level BIM content review contact, and ensure delivery is coordinated and compliant.

You will lead model health checks, incorporate retrofit projects, and provide drafting and maintenance support to the CAD/BIM team, collaborating with stakeholders and advancing project milestones with your organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BIM management and drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with stakeholders on data center projects.

Responsibilities

• BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance for CAD/BIM data.
• Lead closeout efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform model health checks and incorporate retrofit projects.
