Newcomb and Company is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support commercial HVAC projects. You will model in Revit, perform multi-trade coordination, and produce fabrication-level drawings for duct and mechanical piping to drive shop and field operations.
You will lead clash detection with Navisworks, coordinate mechanical scopes with other trades, map structural openings, and ensure drawings are issued on schedule to support field installation.
We are a full-service mechanical contractor providing customers in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors with innovative, energy-efficient heating and air conditioning services, automation and controls, industrial piping, new construction design and installation, and maintenance and replacement services.
