Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Construction Technology (BIM) Manager for a Data Center project in Goodyear, AZ. You will lead construction technology services, perform constructability analysis, and manage deliverables while coordinating with design and trade partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction technology, strong modeling, LiDAR, photogrammetry, and collaboration tool skills, and are willing to travel as needed. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

• Must have 5+ years of Construction Technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to construction technology services including constructability analysis, coordination, quantity takeoffs, estimates, scheduling and communication.
• Evaluate project design documentation for opportunities and risks.
• Set goals for project-level construction technology services.
• Refine and implement new technical processes for pursuits and projects.
• Resolve competing interests among project participants.
• Produce estimates for construction technology services.
• Prepare components of technical proposals and presentations.
• Review and edit graphic content for clarity.
• Manage and train junior staff.
• Audit 3D models for risks and build models for various purposes.
