Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of five years in a Construction Technology role or similar external experience.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling, drafting, visual scheduling, graphic design, LiDAR/SLAM, photogrammetry, UAS/Drone operations, programming/scripting, data analysis, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to construction technology services including project constructability analysis, coordination activities, quantity takeoffs, conceptual estimates, cost analysis, scheduling, and communication.
• Evaluate project design documentation and schedule for opportunities and risks.
• Set construction technology goals at the project level related to process, messaging, and schedules.
• Refine and implement new technical processes and services for pursuits and execution.
• Resolve competing interests among project participants.
• Produce estimates for construction technology services.
• Author components of technical proposals and presentations for pursuits.
• Review graphic communication media for clarity; edit content where required.
• Manage and train less experienced staff.
• Audit 3D models to assess project risks; construct models for various purposes.
