Job summary

Legacy Commercial Property in Brentwood, TN is seeking a BIM/CAD Technician to support schematic design drawings, architectural site plans, and full construction drawings for our growing real estate portfolio.

You will collaborate with architects and civil engineers, create as-built drawings, tenant plans, leasing and marketing drawings, and coordinate with design consultants to help us move projects from concept to Grand Opening.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of Model Code Requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

We are seeking a BIM/CAD Technician who will assist in schematic design drawings, architectural site plans, full construction drawings, as-built drawings, etc.

Required

What You Bring

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Understanding of Model Code Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with architects and/or civil engineers

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred but not required
