Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects is seeking a BIM/CAD Administrator to maintain BIM/CAD standards, support Revit and AutoCAD, and collaborate with IT on related issues. This role can be located in Orlando, FL or Phoenix, AZ.

This position requires 3+ years of production experience in architectural drafting, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Will develop templates, assist in upgrades, and help staff across offices automate routines to boost productivity and

Qualifications

• 3+ years' production experience in architectural design/drafting.
• Revit model management and maintenance skills.
• AutoCAD maintenance skills to increase efficiency.
• 1+ years' experience in BIM/360/ACC.
• Dynamo experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Willing to support staff with a positive attitude, passion, and patience.
• Stay informed on best practices for use of Revit Architecture/Engineering and AutoCAD.
• Stay informed on other BIM/CAD related software and how they work with Revit.
• Responsible for BIM standards implementation, templates, support, and enforcement.
• Work with programmers to automate routines in BIM/CAD to support standards for increased productivity & efficiency.
• Assist in creating upgrade and deployment strategies for the BIM/CAD implementation effort.
• Support the BIM/CAD needs at all offices.
• Troubleshoot BIM/CAD problems.
• Work with the IT Department to address Helpdesk Tickets related to BIM/CAD.
