Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects in Florida is seeking a BIM/CAD Specialist to support standards for Revit/AutoCAD and related platforms across the firm.

You will collaborate with IT, develop templates, and automate BIM workflows to improve productivity while maintaining high-quality design documentation. This role emphasizes teamwork, self-motivation, and ongoing BIM education, with on-site work in Orlando.

Qualifications

3+ years' production experience in architectural design/drafting.
Revit model management and maintenance skills.
AutoCAD maintenance to increase efficiency.
1+ years' experience in AutoDesk Forma.
Dynamo experience a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Support staff with a positive attitude and patience.
Stay informed on BIM/CAD best practices in Revit Architecture/Engineering and AutoCAD.
Stay informed on other BIM/CAD software and how they work with Revit.
Assist in BIM standards implementation, templates, support, and enforcement.
Work to automate routines in BIM/CAD to increase productivity and consistency.
Assist in upgrade and deployment strategies for BIM/CAD implementation.
Support BIM/CAD needs at all offices.
Troubleshoot BIM/CAD problems.
Collaborate with IT to address Helpdesk Tickets related to BIM/CAD.
