Admiral Heating and Ventilating, Inc. in Chicago seeks a BIM/Drafting professional to support design, drafting, and pre-fabrication workflows for HVAC projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of BIM experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit, with strong communication and coordination skills. A related degree is ideal but not required; this is a full-time on-site role supporting contractors, developers, and building owners.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Partners with internal partners to support design, drafting, and pre-fabrication workflows within HVAC.
• Review and prepare CAD drawings per project specifications for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify conflicts between models and documents and incorporate approved changes.
• Participate in BIM and coordination meetings to communicate issues and changes.
