Qualifications

• 2 year degree in construction or design related fields (or equivalent work experience).

• Experience in construction drafting or modeling.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models and shop drawings for modular panel systems.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings for fabrication.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure on-time design deliverables.
• Assist with fabrication packages and coordinate with shop for production.
• Maintain documentation and project files.
