Job summary

DPR Construction in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Specialist to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for building components, including walls, ceilings and interior partitions.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and trade partners, apply standard detailing workflows, produce model views and sheets, and integrate revisions and field updates while upholding project quality and constructability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural modeling or related field.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with fabrication-level detailing is preferred.
• Certifications and licenses not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops fabrication level models including walls, ceilings, interior partitions, metal stud framing layouts, finish assemblies, and supporting details.
• Applies detailing standards and modeling workflows to produce consistent, accurate, and constructible architectural content.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, and trade partners to resolve model discrepancies and clarify design intent.
• Produces model-based views, details, and annotated sheets that support documentation and coordination activities.
• Incorporates markups, design revisions, and field-driven updates into architectural models.
• Maintains organized documentation and reference materials that support project coordination.
• Supports continuous improvement by sharing observations on modeling efficiency and detailing methods.
