Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Architect to join a globally distributed team on a fully remote basis. You will develop and implement BIM strategies across architectural projects, ensuring efficient collaboration, data management, and optimized design processes in a virtual setting.

You will lead BIM model development, coordinate with architects and engineers, train project teams, and stay ahead of BIM technologies to drive innovation across projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in BIM implementation and management on architectural projects.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, or similar BIM software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot BIM-related issues and optimize model performance.
