Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a strong emphasis on BIM implementation and management.
• Proven BIM coordination and model management capabilities.
• Experience with BIM standards, clash detection, and multi-disciplinary integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for architectural projects.
• Create and manage complex BIM models, ensuring accuracy and coordination.
• Collaborate with engineers and other consultants to facilitate multi-disciplinary BIM integration.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment.
• Generate construction documents and visualizations directly from BIM models.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
