One Hope United seeks a Billingual Foster Care Case Manager to support diverse families in Romeoville, IL. You will coordinate services, conduct home visits, and collaborate with DCFS, providers, and courts to ensure child safety and permanency.
You will manage case plans, participate in trainings, and help families access resources such as housing, transportation, and therapy. This role requires strong communication and driving capability.

Foster Care Case Manager
The Foster Care Case Manager position carries for DCFS. The ability to engage with diverse families, good oral and written communication skills, valid driver's license, be able to pass all background checks, professional and working relationships with service providers, court personnel, and DCFS staff.
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure at times. Have knowledge of computer skills and the ability to be on call at times.
Must pass DCFS required tests to become a Licensed Child Welfare Specialist within 60 days of hire and become Solution-Based Casework certified within 9 months of hire.
