Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a Billing Team Lead in Miami, FL to support the Billing team, conduct QA reviews, and manage billing for top accounts. This role requires a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Billing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a senior billing role, 2 years in medical billing, and strong analytical and communication skills to improve processes and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team, mentoring staff, or taking initiative in a senior billing role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with medical billing, claim submission, and working with third-party payers.
• Ability to analyze billing data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Billing team through providing training, guidance, and mentorship.

• Oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensuring team members complete tasks efficiently.

• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and suggest workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to standardize billing practices and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex billing issues to the Billing Manager when needed.

Position Snapshot

As a Billing Team Lead, you will support the Billing team in their daily tasks and projects, with a focus on resolving escalated billing issues. You will conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure billing accuracy and oversee the billing process for top accounts, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
