Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of OO design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed systems that apply discount logic at AWS scale.
• Build configuration-driven discount systems that allow sales, service, and finance teams to structure new discount constructs without requiring engineering changes.
• Enforce accuracy as a non-negotiable bar — every discount must be correctly applied, fully auditable, and traceable from contract terms to invoice line item.
• Partner with AWS sales, finance, and service teams to translate complex enterprise deal structures into scalable, durable billing constructs.
