- Manage daily billing operations for designated areas of billing and insurance coding within the hospital
- Collaborate with providers and staff to resolve coding and reimbursement issues
- Assist in denial management and appeals processes
- Address patient concerns related to billing and insurance
- Maintain an understanding of medical terminology, Medicare, Medicaid, I.H.S., and third-party billing practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- General knowledge of medical terminology, Medicare, Medicaid, I.H.S., and third-party billing
- Experience with ICD-10 coding is a plus
- Ability to work day shift hours, Monday through Friday
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in billing operations or insurance coding within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with denial management and appeals processes
- Additional certifications related to medical billing and coding
