Hatzel & Buehler Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to support project accounting, billing, and collections.

Under direction of the Branch Controller, you will prepare monthly billings, manage liens, and ensure accurate project financials using Spectrum and external portals. You'll collaborate with Project Managers and field teams to maintain schedules of values, process change orders, and produce timely reports while upholding strong attention to detail and professional relationships with

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Billing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly AIA, Work Orders, and TM billing for all assigned jobs.
• Assist with Change Orders in Spectrum, ensuring value and scope are correct.
• Ensure lien waivers are acquired and processed per client requests.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and support schedules of values, COs, and monthly progress billings.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Foremen for accurate TM pricing and timely reports.
