Responsibilities

• Follow up with providers to ensure proper submission to carriers.
• Maintain accurate records of all bills, payments, adjustments, and balances to aid negotiations.
• Coordinate benefits with Med Pay, health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and other programs.
• Open claims and submit documents for Medicare and Tricare benefits.
• Maintain the client's Medicare portal and ensure timely data entry.
• Monitor dashboard metrics and keep KPIs in top shape.
