Responsibilities

• Follow up with providers to ensure bills are submitted to the correct carrier.
• Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, and balances to support negotiations.
• Coordinate benefits with Med Pay, health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and other programs.
• Open claims and submit documents for Medicare and Tricare benefits.
• Maintain the client’s Medicare portal.
• Monitor dashboard metrics and keep KPIs in top shape.
• Adhere to firm policies and procedures.
