Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Billing Associate to prepare accurate client installment and audit invoices by line of business and location. The role also analyzes revenue versus budget, reconciles client disbursement accounts, and delivers invoice reporting packages to internal and external customers.

You will maintain billing files, generate variance reports, and support the organization’s quality programs while meeting deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years billing or related experience.
• Familiarity with accounting practices and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities
