Job summary

Corient is seeking a Billing Specialist to generate and distribute client billing statements, coordinate debits from accounts and track aged receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will be onsite four days per week and collaborate with the Data Integrity and Reporting teams to maintain billing data in the Portfolio Management system, while providing periodic revenue reporting to leadership.

  • 3–5 years' experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Able to meet client needs and follow through.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Highly flexible and confidential with all client matters.

Responsibilities

  • Generate billing statements according to client agreements and fee schedules.
  • Distribute billing statements to clients.
  • Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts.
  • Track and manage aged accounts receivables.
  • Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients.
  • Maintain billing data in Portfolio Management system with Data Integrity team.
  • Update client billing information as needed.
  • Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Generate billing statements according to relevant client agreements and fee schedules
  • Distribute billing statements to clients
  • Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts
  • Track and manage aged accounts receivables

  • Work with Data Integrity and Reporting team to maintain accurate billing-related data in Portfolio Management system
  • Update client billing information when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite (competency or ability to learn quickly)
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
