Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our Billing team. The role supports accurate and timely billing operations for the Cox Fleet, with remote work options across the U.S. The position covers invoicing, coding, auditing, and communication with service providers.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and data entry experience; VMRS coding and billing background is a plus. Benefits include health care and 401(k). EOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers and office equipment for data entry, faxing, emailing, and document copying.
• Prior VMRS coding and billing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Audit reviews to verify invoice accuracy and customer approval limits.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices and audit for correct billing.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
