Partners For Quality, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist I to join the Fiscal department in Robinson Township. You will manage billing for Medicaid/Medicare and other payers, verify eligibility, and monitor unpaid claims to minimize days outstanding.

The role requires 3+ years in billing, proficiency with Excel/Word, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, HIPAA-compliant environment. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years related experience.
• Associate degree required or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in medical or social services billing and Medicaid/Medicare claims processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit claims to Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and other funding sources.
• Verify client eligibility for services, when applicable.
• Track and follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals.
• Maintain records of billing transactions and reconcile accounts.
