Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and providers regarding insurance questions, ensuring accurate insurance information and educating clients about their financial responsibility.
• Verify and communicate insurance benefits information to all new clients.
• Complete daily claims submission, insurance billing, and client ledger research.
• Process and post insurance and client payments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet billing department goals and daily tasks.
