A global law firm is seeking an Entry Level Billing Specialist to manage the invoice preparation process in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and proficiency in accounting software. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure. It's a full-time position based in Orlando with hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Must have excellent follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Edit Prebills and generate complex client invoices.
• Ensure invoices are compliant and timely submitted.
• Monitor and address any invoice rejections or reductions.
