Responsibilities

• Report daily account activities to center director.
• Analyze and report trends in accounts to director.
• Monitor aging receivables and ensure daily completion of tasks.
• Contact insurance carriers by phone for claim status and resolve deficiencies.
• Respond to insurance/patient correspondence in a timely manner.
• Review aging of A/R and recommend write-offs per policy.
