Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue multiple monthly invoices across various formats and templates
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoices
• Track and manage account balances, identifying inconsistencies or outstanding debts
• Collect and verify all data required to calculate bills receivable
• Reconcile payments against invoices issued
• Input data into accounting systems to ensure correct final billing
• Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with clients as needed
• Maintain up-to-date records of payments, customer details, and balances
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve client concerns professionally
• Submit reports to the billing department and senior management
• Assist with managing payables in relation to receivables and cash flow

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a billing or invoicing role, preferably with project-based billing
• Familiarity with billing at hourly rates across multiple concurrent projects
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
• Knowledge of billing regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
