Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist in New Jersey to support a healthcare organization. You will focus on resolving outstanding A/R, denied and rejected claims, and suspended claims within Epic.

Responsibilities include managing A/R queues, researching denials, reviewing payer responses, rebilling corrected claims, and posting payments. The role emphasizes reducing denials and improving cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of A/R follow-up, claims resolution, and denials experience.
• Working knowledge of DRG coding.
• 3+ years of Epic Revenue Cycle experience.
• Experience working through clearinghouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Financial Project Manager to identify recurring issues and workflow gaps.
• Support efforts to improve cash flow and reduce future denials.
