Job summary

RENALCARE ASSOCIATES S C in Peoria, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist for a full-time, in-person role Monday through Friday to ensure accurate billing and timely reimbursement for our healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have prior medical billing experience, proficiency with billing software and EPIC or similar EMR, and strong attention to detail and customer service. Join a physician-led team and contribute to efficient workflows while upholding HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting accurate claims to insurance companies, government payers and patients.

Requirements

This is an in-person position | Monday–Friday A key job requirement is prior experience in medical billing. This role requires accuracy and compliance, proficiency in billing software, databases or other financial tolls and a strong willingness to learn. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience with EPIC or another electronic EMR system also preferred.
