Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience in a service/construction/project-based environment.
• Experience with SamPro strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices for service work orders, maintenance agreements, and project-related activities.
• Review completed work orders to ensure labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and billable expenses are accurately captured.
• Partner with technicians, project managers, and service coordinators to verify billing details and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor open work orders, billing queues, and aging reports to ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Support customer billing inquiries, maintain customer account information, and assist with monthly reporting and audit preparation.
