Job summary

Harris Computer in Montana is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Finance specialist to manage invoicing, credits, debits and customer account maintenance. You will communicate proactively with multiple departments to resolve problem accounts and ensure accurate billing.

You will support month-end and quarter-end processes, perform account reconciliations, and contribute to a secure, efficient billing operation.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
